These are another one of my favorite snacks, whether it be a lunchbox snack for my toddler, a snack for me between teaching yoga classes, or a snack to share with yogis after class.
1 cup nuts
1 cup dates (I prefer medjool)
1 cup raisins
1. Process ingredients in a food processor for several minutes, until it forms a mound. Depending on the freshness of the fruit, sometimes I have to add some honery or agave.
2. Form into small balls.
3. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Keep refrigerated until serving.
