I love making these with my toddler. Not only are they delicious, but you can make them with one bowl, minimal mess, and with just three ingredients.
1. Combine 1 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup nut butter (we love sunflower seed butter!), and 1/2 cup honey.
2. Form into bite sized squares, balls, or whatever you feel like.
3. Refrigerate for at least 30minutes.
Note: these are also incredible rolled in chia or hemp seeds!
